Hi there.
I have not long started work at a Systems Integration / Networking
Consultant / Web Development / ISP and Strategy firm. (yes it is VERY broad,
but all these areas are separate departments under one bigger company.
I am in charge of (amongst other things) admin of the servers, 3 of which
run Linux. To this end, I am wondering if others could offer feedback on
what software is available for this platform that would offer the following
features...
1) easy admin of user accounts - add / delete / suspend / etc etc
2) stats as to users system usage - how long on system & when, downloads and
uploads done etc
3) access to cron - add events, edit events etc
4) needs to run in an x-environment or on the web
5) needs to be SECURE
6) any other features which i have forgotten but are really usefull to ISP's
etc
anyone had any experience both good and bad with any Linux software...?
Matt L.
