kernel 2.2 install questions

I see there is now a kernel-2.2 directory on ftp.updates.redhat.com
I see there are a number of rpm's needed to upgrade, but I don't see a
kernel-2.2 rpm, nor any instructions on how to make this transition from
a stock rh5.2 machine.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
