Dell Poweredge 2300 with RAID

We're buying a Dell Poweredge 2300 and would like to know if the PERC RAID
controller which comes with this machine is compatible with Redhat 5.2?
Dell Ireland do not provide the option to install Linux and so are not sure if
this setup will work.
