Toshiba 335CDS

I was wondering if anyone had any problems installing Linux on a Toshiba
335CDS Notebook?  Is there anything I should look out for with PCMCIA cards.
Only one I would have would a 3COM 32Bit-10Base-T NIC.  Has anyone had
problems with the monitor?

Any help or pointers would be appreciated.
