Re: 10/100 NIC Recommendations?



I don't think you can go wrong with 3Com cards.  I've had luck with Intel
cards too.

I have seen one problem with one 3com card (3c905, I think).  If I boot NT
then reboot into Linux, without turning the system off, I get a MAC
address of FF:FF:FF:FF:FF:FF and the network stuff fails.

I can reboot from Linux into NT with no problems though.
