Re: ppp says not in kernel, but it is!



Yes; The kernel is installed. I can tell because I enabled a mitsumi
cdrom, and the system hangs trying to find it (it's not plugged in),
then continues to boot. I am using lilo in the mbr. I saved the old
kernal, then copied the new one to the same directory, same name as
the old one.
