I'm afraid the nature of your query won't help you find an answer. You
need to be much more specific (and respectful to those you are going to
for help too, might I add).

You might also try some of the documentation that people have taken the
time to write. Learn about the mount command, the dd command, the fdisk
command, creating filesystems using mkisofs, mke2fs, mkdosfs, etc., and
learn about the useful mtools.
