Hi All
I'm having troubles with the NFS. At boot time, it fails saying: reason given
by server, permission denied. And at the command prompt, RPC timeout.
I have a main PC with a Pentium MMX 200 and RH 6.0 and an old 386, also with RH
6.0. I can ping, telnet, ftp and http from either PC to the other without any
problems. I have exported the paths in the exports file and compiled the NFS
options in both kernels.
This is weird, because some time ago, with SuSE 5.1 and RH 5.2 could mount NFS
volumes with only setting the exports file. Is something new about security
that comes with RH 6.0 ?
TIA
Gabriel
