X-Chat. http://xchat.org. Latest stable version is 1.0.0, 1.1.x is
development beta. If you want to use the beta version, you'll need
bzip2, available at
http://powerlinux.linuxberg.com/files/console/file/bzip2-0.9.0c.tar.gz
