Give some thought to the following info. As you know, do some
research. :)

ftp://ftp1.detonator.nvidia.com/pub/drivers/english/riva-tnt-tnt2-vanta/linux/RIVA-X-GLX-1.0-glibc-i386.tar.gz

To install the Riva X Server, perform the following steps as root:
1. Backup your existing XF86_SVGA server -> cp
/usr/X11R6/bin/XF86_SVGA
/usr/X11R6/bin/XF86_SVGA.bak
2. Untar the Riva X server -> tar xvzpf
RIVA-X-GLX-1.0-glibc-i386.tar.gz
3. Run the install file located in the X-GLX-glibc-i386 directory
created by the untar ->
X-GLX-glibc-i386/riva_install
4. When asked for the path to X server tree, hit enter to keep
default directory (/usr/X11R6).

Now you will be able to configure your XWindows settings with
Xconfigurator or XF86Setup (or edit
XF86Config manually.)
