Linux partition too big!

I have a Win NT partition and Linux on my PC. Now I want to take a chunk of 
space from Linux and turn it into another NT partition. Is this possible 
without reinstalling Linux? How would I make this partition accessible to 
NT? I can't seem to find this in any of the documentation. Thanks!
