Certainly.

JetDirect boxes function as full-functioned remote print queues.
Setup your remote printer as "raw" (I think), and the remote
machine as the hostname or IP of the JetDirect.

That should be all there is to it, unless you get into having
them do really nifty things like sending back syslog messages.
(Which is really neat, although practical use is not very
straightforward.)
