Just some more clarification on remote printer names...

The remote printer name is "raw" if you have a jetdirect card in your
printer.  If it is a print server that provides parallel ports to connect
printers to, the device names are raw1 for parallel port 1, raw2 for port2,
raw3 for port 3 etc.
