Mount failed error during 5.2 install

I get a Mount Failed error during the Install System section whilst
trying toinstall Redhat 5.2 on my system.
I have 3 EIDE hard drives. Linux is partition hda2, cylinders 642-743,
and Swap is hda3 744-756.
My IDE CD-ROM is on an IDE interface on a AWE32 soundcard.
I also have a SCSI CD-RW.

What is causing the error?
