Go to www.nvidia.com and go to the TNT2 drivers section. You'll find Linux
drivers there that comes with a script file that will install it (just
untar/zip the stuff and type ./riva_install, and it sets everything up).

I've got my Viper 770 working fine, going up to 1024x768 or higher:).

and of course, Diamond will suggest this method but will not support you if
you have any problems.
