you mount the dos diskette with the command mount -t msdos /dev/fd0
/mnt/floppy, provided you have a directory in /mnt called floppy. The rpm
will truncate it's name to a 8.3 convention. Use rpm to install the file
using the name stored on the dos diskette.
If installing from X, change the source location through the Configure
button to point to /mnt/floppy. When you click on Available it should be
there.
