Your sendmail has anti-relay set on and sees your MUA as smoething to
block.  What are the acceptable relays for your MTA?  Go look at your
local blacklist.  If you need to add your IP address or domain as a relay.
For example, if you had the IP address of 1.2.3.4 and the domain of
anydomain.com then you could put either of the following lines in your
local blacklist:

1.2.3.4          RELAY
anydomain.com    RELAY

. . . and there you have it . . . .
