I dont have an answer for you but I do have the same issue with a Dell
Inspiron 7000 laptop with a 8 gig hard disk drive. I cannot get past the
point of entering a root password. Is there some other way to get REdHat 6
installed besides always stopping at the LI prompt when booting or not
getting past entering a password in the setup?
I can get SuSE or CAldera working with no problem here. Why would that be?
