Netscape crashes when starting Java

Sorry if this is off topic. I have installed 5.2 and upgraded to 2.5 kernel.
Eeverything appears to be working but when a web site I open in Netscape tries
to start Java it closes the netscape window as soon as the "starting Java"
message appears at the bottom of the window. I have Java enabled in Netscape and
Java is enabled in the Kernel (either inside the Kernel or as a module, I forget
which)
Any ideas? thanks
