Shane,
I usually go to the nearest Windows machine, boot into DOS and run the NICs
DOS setup program.  From there I disable PnP and set the NICs parameters,
io= and irq= (look in your NICs manual for these).  Write them down and then
enter them in the RH setup or if RH is already installed, set them at the
command line or in X-windows (I usually use the control panel in X. Hey, I'm
still a Win user).
