SSH on Red Hat 6.0

I was having a hell of a time getting ssh to compile.
It was whining that it couldn't compile login.c, because I guess a function
it was pulling wasn't actually there.

For all those interested, if you go into the config.h after you've done
./configure, and take out the line

#define HAVE_UTMPX

You should be able to compile ssh on redhat 6.0.

I don't know if this is the right place to send this, but I think many
people would benefit from this being posted.
