Unless you installed more RAM in the printer, the HP's NEVER have enough
memory to buffer an entire page image.
Linux rasterizes postscript thru the program "ghostscript". This is sent as
a bit map to the HP printer.
In Winblows HP printers utilize PCL which is far less printer memory
intensive...
Either turn "down" the printer resolution (from 600x600 to 300x300) or add
RAM...
