It's all in:
/etc/X11/gdm/
The images and back ground are in:
/etc/X11/gdm/Init/Default
It's fairly straight forward compared the Another Level insanity of
4-5.2 . The symlink /etc/X11/prefdm is used to determine what manger is
used. You can point it to whatever you want.
