Files: /etc/X11/xdm
Documentation: See docs for Xinit, X, etc.
If you want an easy solution use GDM, KDM or WDM (the latter two are my
favorite they so easy to configure...KDM even supplies a graphical control
panel where all you need to do is add the names of the other Window Managers
you want to appear on the list..)
