Intel Ether Express Pro 10

I have just installed RH 6.0 on a Compaq Deskpro.  It has an Intel Ether
Express Pro 10 land car in it which I have not been able to get to work.
I have tried to set it up using Linuxconf with no success.  When I go
into the system settings in windows the IRQ is 03 and the I/O is
0210h-021Fh so this is the settings I am trying to use in Linux.  Am I
overlooking something or is there some other way I need to set up this
card.  The card works fine under windows.

Also, how do I change the screen size and resolution using KDE or Gnome
it is currently set to 640x480 and  256 colors and I would like to
increase it to 800x600 and 16 or 24 bit color.
