icon for WordPerfect (or any other program...)

How can I change an icon for a program on KDE desktop ? (I made links to
Netscape and WordPerfect, but just can't find a way to get the default icons
for these programs... I have the KDE gear for Wordperfect, and a plain
monitor for Netscape...
