Can I move the Linux system to another machine?

Hi,
  I installed Linux 2.2.5 on the secondary primary hard disk. The first
primary hard disk is win95. Now I want to move the secondary hard disk
to a new machine. Can the Linux still run on the new machine? The first
primary hard disk is Win NT client 4.0.   If yes,  What modifaction should I do
to the Linux? How to boot Linux and Win NT?  Thanks a lot.
