problem with sndconfig

hello guys,
	i'm running RH 6.0 on my machine, that has Intel PII processor on
Dell machine.  I've a built in Crystal sound card in the system.  I'm
trying to configure it under Linux OS but no use.  I'm using auto probe
that detects the PnP sound card i.e, sndconfig.  I'm getting following
messages after successfull detection of sound card in the system...

A PnP sound card was found in your system: Model: CS4236B

isnPnP ERROR
/etc/isapnp.conf:348--Fatal-resource conflict allocating 8 bytes of IO at
3E8(see /etc/isapnp.conf)

/etc/isapnp.conf:348--Fatal-IO Range check attempted while device
activated

/etc/isapnp.conf:348--Fata-Error occur executing request
'<IORESCHECK>'--further action aborted

This things also corrupts my modem dialup scripts than the system always
gets the busy signal of the modem as: Modem is busy.


Any suggestions..
