here is the pemission for /dev/modem

here is what I added in /console.perms did I do it right?

I still get the same error in the log, erez newplaces com had a mini how-to on
efax that you are probably familiar with and he (she) says that efax expects a
Real device file at /dev/modem and to create one with the same major and minor
numbers. This, if needed, is a little over my head so could you walk me through
it, or is there a simpler way to hook a fax into lyx?
