Hi,
I wish to update my Perl installation on RH 5.2.
I got an RPM from an FTP site that was under RH 6 directory. (I thought
the RH release didn't matter.)
When I try to update my installation from the RPM, I get a bunch of
error message saying that I am missing some libraries.
Does it matter what RH release the Perl RPM is targeting?
So, do I need to upgrade my RH before upgrading Perl?
If that is not the case, then I could have done something silly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
