BTW, if it helps any, I was reading on the newsgroups that python had some
kind of bug that didn't like NTFS Partitions on your hard drive (?) I
don't have any NTFS partitions, but here is my HD configuration:
/dev/hda1 1 604 2435296+ 83 Linux
/dev/hda2 605 619 60480 5 Extended
/dev/hda5 605 619 60448+ 82 Linux swap
/dev/hdc1 1 600 2419168+ 83 Linux
