I'm having a problem getting mail into any and all inboxes on my system
except nsmail. I'm pretty clueless on this subject and am having trouble
figuring out what is a local mail and what is local.mail etc or any
mail!
When I try to send a test mail using pine or the KDE mailer I get an
error in maillog that says{ cant find executable sendmail files,
/bin/mail.local not executable.} I see a /bin/mail that is executable
but no mail.local. But the message shows up fine on Mozzilla.
I am using smpt on a single user system and my ip uses eudora pop, I
know that cause fetchmail told me.
These are the last couple of lines in maillog...even though it says
hostname lookup failure ( does that mean me or the IP ?) I pinged them
