I'm not certain you will have these commands, but I think you need to use rz
to recieve files and sz to send.. its been a long time. These are the
commands I used to use on the bbs's I plagued in the 80's..
It's part of a program? suite of tools? called zmodem I believe.. anyone
else know more?
