user and group

Hi.all
   I am using Redhat 6.1, after I login as normal user jephe, the owner and
group of all files created by me  is jephe.jephe , but I hope it is
jephe.shisd ( shisd is a group name) , how should I setup it so as to the
system process it automatically?
