Displeasure??  I don't care.  If "RED HAT" is a trademark then it is
a trademark.  Respect it.  I'm sure they can't stop you from letting on in
some way that you are selling a copy of something you downloaded off Red Hat's
FTP site.  Just change your add to read

             "CD-R copies of well know FTP sites $1.99 each"

Then you list the URL where you got the data.  No big deal.  In fact
I'd say with the above ad's wording your customers will be BETTER informed
about what you are selling.
