It looks as if LWN intends to stay on top of this story as it unfolds
so watch it there for unbiased coverage.

Remember, At no point did anyone ever say that the GPL content of
the CD could not be distributed.  The controversy is only over wetter
the words "Red Hat" may appear on the CD and in advertising.
