Looking for books on administering Linux, you might want to check out Red
Hat Linux Unleashed,  David Pitts & Bill Ball, 3rd edition. 
SAMS publication.  Available at Barnes & Noble and Amazon Com. 
It covers System administration and management rather thoroughly.
