NICs

Hi,

I have 2 NICs in my computer.. The one connected to my ISP is NIC(A).
NIC(B) is connected to another PC (haven't set up yet)

NIC(A)
		IP:202.169.230.78,
		Subnet gateway:255.255.255.0
		Default gateway:202.169.230.1

NIC(B)
		IP: ?
		Subnet gateay: ?
		Default gateway: ?

What should I put in setting of NIC(B), if i want to share internet
connections through NIC(A)?
