First run gunzip on the file.
For help on how to run gunzip do the following:
$ man gzip
Then, we need extact the files using 'tar'.
For help on 'tar' do the following:
$man tar
I hope the above is helpful.
(I could have supplied you with a one line command to do all of the above.
But, then you wouldn't have known what is happening. Now, you read the man
pages and figure out what is going on for yourself.)
