SendMail problems on RedHat 6.0

We are having SendMail problems on RedHat 6.0.
Is anyone using RedHat 6.0?  Has anyone had any problems?
Our Problem:
When we crank up the new DHCP / DNS RedHat 6.0 server, SendMail stops
working between most but not all on campus Linux and FreeBSD servers.
