Yes StarOffice. See www.sun.com
Sun is offing StarOffice for free. In runs on many systems
including Linux. I have found that you need a reasonably fast
computer.
If you want a comercial product try Applix. It is about $80.00
and will run OK on low end hardware. Applix is an office suite
that has been around for many years.
Both will import/export MS files.
