Good point.
The user interface is the major reason.
Moreover, at my last job, users would click on Applix mail by mistake. Then,
the systems guys wouldn't be
so happy about pulling out the emails that Applix sucked in.
Mainly, It was not user friendly. No body was happy using it (more than 12
users).
We eventually removed it totally from our systems.
Well, that is our opinion. Other people might tend to like it.
