I'hope so. My home network (Linux 5.2 and 6.0, FreeBSD and clients of
Windows 95 works oke.

I thing so its important about your network configuration (IP, computers,
computernames etc.

I looking for this information here and I'll report you later.



What information do you need?

It would be great if we could fix it -your and my problem.

I need more information about your configuration. I have also problems with
Samba.

I think the problem is not Samba but NT. I make a view of changes in
smb.conf
but notting does work.

I work with RedHat 6.0 and SuSe 6.1 and a NT primary domain controller.
