Hello all,
I've got a system, newly purchased, that contains 2 9gig SCSI drives.
They came with just the command.com and io.sys etc.. of win98 installed on
each. When started up, the system boots to the C: prompt as they should. I
assumed that I could simply use the win98 fdisk to wipe these
artitions( both whole disk primaries ) and then install RH 6.0.
However, fdisk always exits with a failure to write to the disks. The
partitions are never removed.. Am I missing something here? i attempted to
put RH 6.0 on by simply running the install, but it also failed to truly
write to the disks. Anyone?
