You need to get the monitors timings (vertical and horizontal refresh rates at
different resolutions) from the manual that came with the monitors (perhaps in
the specifications section), or maybe off the manufacturer's web site.
Then you go and read the Video Timings HOWTO and the XFree86 Howto and read the
instructions for turning that information into an XF86Config file. There may
also be a man page (man XF86Config which tells you the same)
