Yes. The support depends on what you buy, if it is RH6.1
you get 30 Days support if it is RH6.1 enterprise then it
is 90 Days support. you will have to go to the support site
and register and then the clock starts ticking. The thing
is they will support the hardware that they can support, if
you have a video card that joe down the road made then don't
expect much support.
