okay, now its time for me to ask a question! (I'm still a newbie after all)
I have downloaded a website from CVS and now have a local copy I wish to work
on. Was wondering how to set up apache / wwwoffle or something else so that I
can browse the site and see my changes before I commit them to the site I'm
working on The pages are php3 and so I cant just open them in netscape - I get
the code, not the parsed html page
Searched on Apache.org but no obvious answer or no help tailored to this problem
as far as I could see.
Is there somewhere where it is explained what I need to do? I am just interested
in knowing how to serve to myself, not elsewhere.
Paul
