Not enough space to install.

For some reason when i try to do a workstation installation, the program says there is not 
enough space. i have approx 6.5gb of space on a Dell Latitude laptop and yet nothing.

i have tried the custom option but again i can only get half way thru then things start to get a 
little messy....

Any ideas
