Install Latest available RedHat

1. I have downloaded all the source from the website: contrib.redhat.com
into a directory on my PC.
This includes the  following directories:
			images/
			misc/
			RedHat/

2. I have rebuild the RedHat/base/Hdlist file with the genhdlist
utility.

3. When I try to re-install or even upgrade the installed packages, it
get the following message(s):

Please help me !  Any ideas of what is going on with this????.
