Need driver info

My computer uses a Backpack Bantam parallel port cd-rom drive
which is MPC-2 compliant with EPP (enhanced parallel port) and I
am trying to install Redhat Linux 6.1.

Even though the drive works perfectly (as the H: drive on my dos
system),
I am having trouble getting the Linux software to install itself (or
even
to recognize my drive. None of the listed drivers seems to do the job.

1) What is the appropriate driver for this drive?
2) Where can I get it?
3) How do I get the LInux software to use it?
4) Any and all tips on how to solve my problem will be appreciated.
